Where we display data from TMDB, we do so under TMDB’s API terms. IsSame.com is not endorsed or certified by TMDB. Use of any third-party material follows applicable API terms and fair-use principles.

If you send us feedback, corrections, or comparison suggestions (via email or our contact page), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use that feedback to improve the Site. We will not publicly attribute submissions without your permission.
